**Your New Role**:
The Employee Reward and Benefits Lead primary objectives are to:
Provide expert advice related to the design, development and implementation of employee and benefits programs that meet the needs of the business, are market competitive, and have a positive impact across all domains of wellbeing.
Oversee and lead the operational aspects of the reward and benefits frameworks, including HRIS modules, in partnership within People & Culture Business Partners.
**Your New Role**:
- Support setting reward strategies, including fixed and variable compensation, employee benefits, and recognition programs that drive a high-performance culture aligned to our strategic deliverables.
- Undertake comprehensive research and analysis to identify best practices, benchmarks and trends in remuneration across the diverse range of sectors we operate.
- Ensure that all reward and benefit programs comply with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of reward and benefit programs.
- Regularly assess program outcomes and adjust strategies as needed to drive employee engagement and organisational success.
- Lead design and implementation of market competitive compensation structures, including fixed and variable components, employee benefits, and recognition programs.
- Led the delivery of the annual compensation review process including the development of the compensation review tool (SuccessFactors)
- Provide analytics and benchmarks across the various markets year-round to inform compensation decisions, including during the annual fixed and variable compensation reviews ensuring market competitiveness.
- Lead design and implementation of market leading employee benefits supporting employee wellbeing as part of our employee value proposition.
**About You**:
- Experience in providing strategic and commercial performance and compensation advice and insights
- Understanding of Human Resources Information Systems highly regarded
- Strong understanding of increasing regulation/legislative requirements and shifting community expectations regarding employee reward
- Experience in working with a variety of stakeholders, across seniority levels within a large organisation.
