Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and deliver nursing education curriculum in accordance with academic and clinical standards.

· Guide and mentor in both classroom and clinical settings.

· Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

· Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development, and continuous improvement efforts.

· Stay updated with the latest evidence-based practices and healthcare regulations.

· Must be able to relocate temporarily or travel interstate in alignment with organizational needs

· Provide ongoing support, maintain records and report on program outcomes

· Facilitate practical experience for trainee nurses

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree (or higher) in nursing or nursing education (required).

Active AHPRA Registration as an RN

Minimum 7 years and above of clinical nursing experience.

Having a background in critical care and emergency care will be an added advantage.

Prior teaching experience preferred.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Experience working in EMEA countries preferred
