**Job Title**: Construction Laborer

**Location**: Wahroonga

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with general labor tasks on construction sites, including cleaning, loading/unloading materials, and setting up equipment.
- Help with digging, demolition, site preparation, and other manual tasks as needed.
- Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Ensure the site is clean and organized at all times to promote safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of construction equipment.
- Work alongside skilled workers and take direction as needed.
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Report any unsafe conditions or potential hazards to the supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in construction labor or similar roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to handle physical labor and lift heavy materials as necessary.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation to travel to various job sites.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks to a high standard.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of basic construction tools and materials is a plus.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions and on uneven ground.
- Ability to adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
