We are seeking a Principal
**Civil Designer **with 12+ years’ experience to join our team. Upon joining Engeny, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to contribute to projects including (but not limited to) the following areas:

- Stormwater (Culverts, Pipe Networks, Creek Rehabilitation, Erosion & Sediment Control).
- Development (Stormwater Networks, Bioretention Systems).
- Local Government (Civil Infrastructure, Detention Basins).

**About You**
- Design of multi-disciplinary projects using 12D.
- Preparation of construction documentation.
- Technical innovation and continuous improvement for the design team.
- Project management of detailed design projects.
- Review of design and drafting documentation.
- Supporting the well-being, development and resourcing of junior team members.
- Supporting and approving associated technical work directly related to the discipline and in project management capacities.
- Participating in client management and business development.
- Playing an active role in the business groups through regular meetings, workshops, training and business planning.
