As an Indirect Tax Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice and guidance to clients on a range of indirect tax issues. You will also be expected to:

- Work on complex, cross-border transactions and advise on the indirect tax implications.
- Providing advice and guidance to clients on indirect tax compliance and risk management.
- Conducting research and drafting opinions on complex indirect tax matters.
- Advising on indirect tax implications of cross-border transactions.
- Working closely with colleagues across different practice areas to provide seamless service to clients.
- Representing clients in disputes with tax authorities.
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in indirect tax laws and regulations in Australia.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- At least 3-8 years of experience gained within a tier 1 firm.
- Strong background in advising on indirect tax matters.
- Excellent technical knowledge and strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively to find solutions to complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
