About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for P&C Advisors to join our dynamic People, Culture and Workplace team.

Reporting to the People & Culture Services Team Leader, the role will provide support to the broader P C&W team in delivering operations, strategy and projects. This includes providing support and assistance to P&C Business Partners and P&C SME’s on a diverse range of P&C issues, initiatives and projects working across Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Change Management, Organisational Reviews, Policy Reviews and Job Evaluations.

Additionally, it will operate as the first point of contact for P &C enquiries from managers and staff across the business and is pivotal in coordination and undertaking of processes and tasks that deliver P&C s ervice s.

The P&C Advisor will also have a key focus on enhancing the administrative systems, processes and procedures that support the P&C function to ensure consistency and a high level of governance.

About You

P roven effective, consistent, and timely delivery of P&C services when providing frontline support to employees and managers
E xperience in preparing employee correspondence, maintenance of the HRIS system relating to employee and positions as well as developing templates and policies
P rocess improvement initiative and a strong attention to detail
G reat customer service skills, ability to build rapport and maintain a positive working relationship with stakeholders of all levels

Qualifications (Level)

Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or other relevant related discipline

Experience

A minimum of 3 years generalist HR experience within large multidisciplinary and diverse organisation
Previous experience requiring a detailed understanding of human resources policies and procedures
