**About the Role**:

- While not essential, experience in mental health support is highly regarded._

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care, including hygiene support, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Follow manual handling protocols to ensure client and staff safety
- Support the client with daily living activities, routines, and community access
- Build positive, respectful relationships with the client and their support network
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation in line with care plans

**About You**:

- Female (as per client preference, in line with support requirements)
- Previous experience in personal care and disability support
- A Manual Handling Certificate is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and respectful approach
- Mental health experience is an advantage, but not required

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III or IV in Disability (or equivalent)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 24 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (preferred)
- Working with Children Check for Employees (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- CPR Certification (preferred)
- Fire and Safety Training Certification (preferred)
- Infection Prevention and Control Certificate (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
