The Black Rock Yacht Club is located on the Half Moon Foreshore, with a membership base of over 500. Open from 4 pm Thursday - Sunday with Bistro service available on Thursdays and Fridays. Successful applicants must be able to work solo during these times and part of a team during busy functions.

General duties and responsibilities include:

- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Using a till to take orders and process payments
- Checking customers identification, age verification and membership status
- Engaging with customers and members, advising them about current promotions
- Maintaining a clean and organised bar area, including quickly responding to spills and other health and safety hazards
- Monitoring and replenishing stock levels as needed
- Clearing tables, wiping surfaces and operating the dishwasher to ensure ample glassware is available
- Open and Close the bar
- Setting up for events and bistro service

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.46 - $39.85 per hour
