Workshop Manager

Position: Workshop Manager - Metal Fabrication

Location: Workshop based at Riverstone 2765

**Job Type**: Fulltime - Permanent

Schedule: 40-hour week (Monday to Friday)

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years in similar role
- Experience within steel industry preferred

BRH Steel Constructions works across a variety of jobs from structural to architectural metal work. Our jobs range from balustrades, mezzanines to new buildings and everything in between.

You would be leading working with a team of experienced fabricators and apprentices willing to be trained in their chosen trade. This position requires someone who is project driven, with an ability to manage multiple projects at various stages of production and getting them ready for our installation team. You will be required to shape the operation to improve processes and procedure to streamline efficient production.

The position requires the following skills which you will be able to demonstrate
- Leadership and communication
- Job and resource scheduling for production
- A knowledge of steel and fabrication processes
- Capable of reading, interpreting and explaining shop drawings
- Ensure quality control measures are met and maintained
- Managing stock/materials
- Examples of production efficiencies you have achieved

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
