We're Hiring – Senior Allocator

We're looking for an organised and proactive Senior Allocator to join the team at Sheridan Road Rail, based in Riverstone (North West Sydney, Australia).

This role plays a key part in our daily operations, scheduling and allocating our fleet of Trucks and Hirail Equipment, coordinating with clients and crews, and ensuring our equipment and operators are where they need to be, when they need to be there.

You'll work closely with our operations and workshop teams to keep projects moving efficiently across Sydney Metro, Sydney Trains, and other major rail infrastructure works.

We're looking for someone who:

Has experience in allocating and coordinating, preferably in transport, construction, or rail industries

Enjoys problem-solving and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Communicates clearly and builds strong working relationships

Takes pride in organisation, safety outcomes, and service delivery

Can take autonomous responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the allocations function

Can effectively manage some after-hours allocations requirements
