Using your Spatial and/or GIS related systems knowledge, you will have a passion for owning and solving complex technical challenges and engaging with customers across a whole range of industry sectors.

As part of the Customer Support team at TechnologyOne you will have an opportunity to grow and develop, be part of an amazing team which is scaling for growth and working with innovative enterprise (ERP) software that transforms our customers business and makes their lives simple.

**What you'll be doing...**
- Owning and resolving assigned issues and question requests in a timely and seamless manner using your experience in Spatial/GIS related systems
- Understanding customer use cases, perform troubleshooting, and provide alternate solutions to customer issues
- Creating knowledge base articles to improve first call resolution and help customers self-serve
- Ensuring customers are kept up to date with accurate and clear written and verbal communication on the progress of open requests
- Engaging with our Product and SaaS resolver teams where required on issue diagnosis, replication, and root cause analysis
- Providing a compelling customer experience on every customer interaction to make our customers feel valued and important
- Also, you may be asked to represent TechnologyOne at events

**Your talents**

Experience and knowledge:

- in Spatial software such as IntraMaps or GIS related systems and tools
- Some experience gained in working in local government, utilities or asset intensive industry will be highly regarded

Note: TechnologyOne product experience is desirable but not necessary - we will train you
