**About the Role**:
The AWS Solutions Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the engineering and support of Open Banking, DA Events, and Third-Party Events Subscriber products. Working closely with the Product Manager, PMO, Designers, and BAs, the Team Lead will ensure that their team has clear goals and responsibilities for each product, and that any blockers for delivery are addressed promptly.

The Team Lead will be integrally involved in design and architecture decisions, providing technical leadership, and making critical technical contributions to the solutions being developed as well as providing coaching and mentoring to their team.

The Team Lead will also be responsible for overseeing the team's use of AWS and other cloud technologies, as well as help implement DevOps practices to support the team's cloud infrastructure.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Oversee the full lifecycle of software development, including design and architecture decisions for of Open Banking, DA Events, TDS Proxy, and Third-Party Events Subscriber
- Provide technical leadership and make critical technical contributions to the solutions being developed
- Work closely with the security team to ensure that any vulnerabilities are identified and addressed promptly
- Own and continuously improve build documentation, standards, processes, and procedures related to the software development lifecycle, including development and architectural guidelines.

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- Excellent people leadership skills, with at least 3 (preferably up to 10) direct reports in a previous role
- Experience managing the delivery of a software team
- Strong understanding of Agile fundamentals and DevOps frameworks
- Strong technical skills in C# and the.NET framework/CORE, including experience with APIs, containerisation, and integration techniques
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of IT delivery practices, solution design, IT lifecycle planning and management
- Setting up continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines as well as systems for monitoring solutions in production
