**AO4 Grant Processing Officer - Grants Administration**

**Location**: Queensland, Australia
**Employment Type**: Temp Contract
**Division**: Community Recovery, Department of Local Government, Water and Volunteers
Start: ASAP
Duration: expected to run until 4th April 2025
Hourly rate: $58.02
Anticipated Hours: Mon to Sun - approx. 38 hours/week

**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Maintain Data Integrity**: Safeguard applicant information by upholding confidentiality and accuracy.
- **Enquiry Resolution**: Respond to applicant inquiries with clear, concise, and compassionate communication.
- **Documentation**: Maintain a reliable and transparent audit trail by documenting interactions, decisions, and outcomes.

**Team Overview**:
You may be required to work across various teams, including:

- **Quality Control and Review**: Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the grants processing operation.
- **Contact Centre**: Providing support to applicants via inbound and outbound calls.
