About the Role
Are you ready to make a difference? As a Support Worker in our shared living team, you’ll help empower people with disability to live life their way. From promoting independence to fostering community engagement, you’ll play a vital role in delivering meaningful experiences.
This permanent part-time role is based in our warm and welcoming Cromer home. Shifts include early mornings (6 am starts), afternoons, weekends, and a wake-over shift—flexibility is key

Your role will be to
Support clients with daily living tasks like meal prep, cleaning, and personal care.
Help clients live active, connected lives through community programs and activities.
Follow behaviour support plans and use positive behaviour strategies.
Build meaningful relationships with clients and maintain open communication with families.

About You
You’re passionate, energetic, and ready to make a real difference in someone’s life. Teamwork and creativity come naturally to you, and you thrive in a fun, dynamic environment.

What You’ll Bring:
Experience in the disability sector (essential).
A positive, resilient, and empathetic approach.
Confidence and initiative with a knack for building partnerships.
A valid Australian driver’s licence and your own vehicle.
