The **Health, Hygiene & Safety (HH&S) Specialist** is a sales role responsible for providing solution expertise & insights in Health, Hygiene & Safety products to their assigned customer portfolio. This role drives high levels of customer satisfaction, develops strategic partnerships, and ensures Winc is helping our customers to achieve their procurement objectives.
**In this role you will be responsible for**:
- Support growth in specific customer segments and drive revenue and margin within the portfolio.
- Build relationships by having regular contact with key decision makers within key strategic accounts.
- Identifies, develops, and presents solutions to clients in line with client outcome requirements.
- Attends regular customer review meetings when required.
**Skills & experience required**:
- B2B experience and HH&S industry knowledge is strongly preferred
- Record of success in achieving targets
- Successful strategic sales planning and client management skills
- Ability to analyse customer financial data to develop solutions delivering savings to the customer and profit for Winc.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Advanced consultative selling skills
- Intermediate financial acumen
- Strong teamwork skills
- Experience using Salesforce and MS products is essential and SAP experience is an advantage
