We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced **Executive Housekeeper** to join our team at **Holiday Inn Express Sydney Airport**, one of our premier hotel partners.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dedicated housekeeping team within a globally recognized hotel brand while being part of the Infinity Hospitality family.

**About the Role**:
As the **Executive Housekeeper**, you will oversee all aspects of the housekeeping department at Holiday Inn Express Sydney Airport. You will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities, while managing a team and upholding IHG brand standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the day-to-day housekeeping operations across the property
- Supervise, train, and support housekeeping team members
- Ensure all rooms and public areas meet IHG cleanliness and presentation standards
- Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen inventory, and equipment
- Maintain cost-effective staffing and departmental budgets
- Conduct regular inspections and implement quality assurance measures
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and hygiene regulations

**About You**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Housekeeper in a hotel environment
- Strong team leadership, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards
- Familiarity with housekeeping systems, protocols, and reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-occupancy environment
- Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
