**About Us**
My Zakaya is a warm and welcoming Japanese restaurant in Sydney, committed to delivering an authentic dining experience with exceptional hospitality. We are currently seeking a **dedicated and reliable part-time waiter** to join our team on **fixed evening shifts (Wednesday to Sunday)**.

This is not a casual or rotating position — we are looking for someone serious about their role, consistent in attendance, and committed to growing with us.

**Your Role**
- Deliver warm, attentive service to our guests
- Take orders and serve food & drinks efficiently
- Prepare simple beverages (soft drinks, sake, beer, wine, basic cocktails)
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Assist with opening duties, including floor cleaning and preparation

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality (leadership or supervisory experience is a plus)
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication with both customers and team members
- A team player with a passion for hospitality and consistent service
- Quick to learn and adaptable to the restaurant’s workflow
- **Available to work all 5 fixed evening shifts (Wednesday to Sunday)**:

- Willing to work weekends and public holidays

**Position Details**
- **Fixed part-time contract**: 23-24 hours per week
- Consistent schedule to build routine and teamwork
- Not suitable for applicants looking for casual or rotating shifts
