Night Concierge

The role involves a wide variety of responsibilities with the guest experience always at the forefront.
You will be the face of the property during the night: from taking care of the guest’s arrival and departure, to responding to requests and enquiries as well as performing administrative tasks and providing insightful advices on the local area.
The roster for this full time position is fixed:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 9:45pm to 7:45am.
The following criteria are also required:
- Minimum of one year experience in customer service
- Have a valid RSA certificate or be willing to obtain it
- Have full working rights in Australia
