We currently have an exciting entry-level role for recent Graduates to be involved and learn about the operational functions of Police Bank’s from end to end. This role will be a great opportunity for graduates ready to expand their skillsets and be part of the bank’s transformation towards our digital future.

We are looking for someone who has recently graduated with a relevant degree in Business, Commence or Information Technology with a demonstrated curiosity about the day-to-day activities and a focus on process improvement. If this sounds like you, keep reading

**What will you be doing?**
- Provide accurate, confidential and professional support across the Internal Audit Division in Police Bank.
- Demonstrate lateral thinking when completing day-to-day tasks and problem solving.
- Understand business unit internal control environments.
- Perform internal audit control testing with a high attention to detail.
- Perform root cause analysis of audit findings.
- Support the Internal Audit Division in providing assurance to the Board Audit Committee and supporting a continuous improvement environment for Police Bank.
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders and support ongoing business development through the provision of value adding audit services.
- Recently graduated with a relevant degree in Business/Commerce/Information Technology.
- Demonstrated high level of digital literacy skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Detailed understanding of MS Office programs.

**The following skills are an advantage**:

- Excellent stakeholder engagement in working with a range of departments and levels of an organisation.
- Commencement of the CPA/CA program or desire to commence.
