We are now looking for an experienced hospitality leader to dive into this amazing opportunity as our Venue Manager.

**What does the role look like?**

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Venue Manager to join and lead our dedicated, focused, and passionate team at Sol Rooftop. This role is perfect for someone with boundless energy, a genuine love for their work, and a commitment to leading by example to deliver exceptional service that reflects our brand's standards.

You will inspire and develop your team by leading from the front and championing exceptional service delivery, ensuring Sol achieves an extraordinary level of service. Your role will involve equipping your team with the knowledge and support needed to enhance customer experiences. Additionally, you will oversee staff rostering, performance management, budgets, cost control, health and safety, SOPs and menu designs.

You will be a natural leader with a genuine passion for both exceptional food and outstanding customer service. Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you will consistently empower and motivate your team. Your extensive product knowledge and prior leadership experience in a busy restaurant setting will be invaluable. Additionally, you will play a key role in maximizing value and financial returns for the business, driven by your commitment to customer satisfaction and strong business acumen, which will contribute to the growth of the outlet.
