We are seeking a motivated and experienced Service Delivery Coordinator to join our dedicated team at District 360. This role is pivotal in leading our commitment to providing exceptional care and support while ensuring compliance with the NDIS Standards and other relevant legislations.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Leadership and Quality Assurance**: Provide leadership in quality of care and service, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
- **Compliance Management**: Maintain service compliance with NDIS Standards and readiness for audits.
- **Point of Contact**: Act as the first point of contact for client, external, and internal enquiries, assisting with resolution and management of incidents, compliments, and complaints.
- **Staff Support and Development**: Oversee staff competency assessments and training. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of support workers.
- **Client Management**: Handle referrals, assessments, and onboarding of new clients. Manage care planning, case management, and ongoing NDIS client reviews.
- **Administrative Duties**: Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the CMS, including the approval of shifts and effective management of rostering outputs.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

- **Education**: Minimum of Certificate IV in Disability / Community Services or related discipline.
- **Experience**: Extensive experience in a leadership role within a disability setting.
- **Knowledge**: Sound understanding of NDIS guidelines and rights.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Management Skills**: Strong time management, problem-solving skills, and ability to work autonomously.
- **Certificates and Checks**: NDIS Worker Screening Check, COVID vaccination, First Aid and CPR certificate, Australian Driver's License and vehicle, and a smartphone are required.
