**MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS OFFICER**

**This opportunity offers**:

- Temporary employment up to 3 years
- Full time role & 35 hour working week
- Attractive annual salary $103,325 - $114,367 p.a. plus 11% superannuation
- Location: Glendenning
- Ongoing learning and development
- One ‘Agreed Absence’ leave day per calendar month in recognition of the hours worked and professional commitment to the organisation
- Limited free on-site parking

The role coordinates the refurbishment, maintenance and repairs, and related quality assurances, of appliances, vehicles and equipment, whilst maintaining strong engagement with various stakeholders, such that the organisation can support and improve service delivery.
- A Diploma in a relevant discipline (e.g. Mechanical, Engineering) or equivalent expertise
- A current Driver Licence or HR Driver Licence (or willingness to obtain), with the ability and willingness to travel
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in engineering/ mechanical design principles which includes the interpretation of
automotive drawings, models, specifications and standards
- An understanding of automotive maintenance best practice principles including reliability centered maintenance
- Genuine appreciation and understanding of a volunteer-based community service
