Our community services team located in **Southwest Sydney **( Bass Hill, Blair Athol, Chester Hill, Claymore, Kentlyn, Mt Annan and Ruse) and **Southeast Sydney** ( (Miranda, Barden Ridge, Canterbury, Caringbah, Gymea, Loftus, Peakhurst) are looking for motivated Disability Support Workers to join us on a casual basis.

**What is Community Services?**

This program lets you build strong connections between the local community and people living with disabilities across a varied age group. Experience the rewards of being involved in activities such as arts, crafts, sporting activities, cooking and much more to promote social inclusion and connection.

We also offer school leaver employment supports, after school and vacation care and other day program activities which provides a safe, engaging, and FUN environment for participants to develop their skills whilst promoting a sense of inclusion.

**About you**:

- You will enjoy participating in a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills and can build professional and positive relations with participants, families, and other stakeholders.
- Initiative and drive to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- You have or are willing to obtain a valid Working with Children's Check as well as NDIS workers screening check prior to commence working.
- Flexible availability and willingness to work across the Sydney region.
- Ideally, you bring a wealth of knowledge and or experience in a similar role.
