**The Role**
The primary focus of the Logistics and Operations Manager will be to deliver an outstanding warehouse and distribution service of finished goods across multiple sites. Duties will include:

- Set targets and KPIs for the Warehouse team
- Manage dispatch and receipt of finished goods and raw materials
- Champion CoR best practice
- Deliver target values for transport carriers
- Coaching the effective use of SAP

**The Requirements**
- Extensive experience managing the distribution function of a large manufacturing business ideally across multiple sites
- Extensive knowledge of safety and CoR legislation
- Experience of managing company 3PL providers
- Ideally strong SAP experience
- Prepared to be hands on as well as more strategic
