Centre Manager/director

**Cudgegong Preschool and childcare** is currently searching for an inspiring, experienced & dedicated Director 3 days off the floor and 2 days on the floor to lead our established centre, fantastic team, and become a part of our CPCC family. As the Nominated Supervisor of our service, you will be in charge of managing and supporting a team of educators and be in charge of the day-to-day running and operational needs of the service. Our Boutique early learning service has a great team environment, amazing development and training opportunities. We are seeking a Nominated Supervisor who will be able to build and foster strong relationships with our existing families and will be able to maintain the success of our centre to the highest standards.

**Cudgegong Preschool and childcare **is a family-owned and operated, boutique early learning service seeking a dynamic, passionate, inspiring and motivated **Nominated Supervisor**.

We are a 29 place Centre catering for children from as young as 6 weeks through to 6 years with a unique vision and approach to Early Childhood Education and Care.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Early Childhood Teacher or Diploma Qualified
- Current Working with Children Check
- Recognised First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Training or willingness to obtain.
- Experience in leading a team of highly motivated educators.
- Success in establishing & maintaining positive parent and educator relationships.
- A passion for working with children and facilitating early childhood learning experiences.
- Solid understanding of business principles and relationship management.
- Success in establishing a connection with the local community.
- Nominated Supervisor experience is preferred, but we will consider someone who has worked as a 2IC and is willing to learn.

**Knowledge Experience & Skills Required**
- Effective leadership of the Centre in the achievement of the full range of performance standards and KPIs.
- We are looking for someone who is confident, and passionate, who has strong organisational skills and time management skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective mentoring, supervision and performance management of staff in day to day centre operations and centre administration.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and related regulations, and the Centre's policies.
- Ensuring the Centre's financial viability through effective financial management of budgets, revenues and cost control.
- Effectively maintaining and actively promoting the good reputation of the Centre.

**Salary**: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour
