**Role Expectations**

As Room Leader and Educational Leader, you will:

- Lead the daily operations of your room, including planning, implementing, and evaluating a high-quality educational program aligned with the EYLF and NQF
- Take on the role of Educational Leader, supporting and mentoring educators to reflect on and improve their practices
- Build positive, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all children
- Support a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice
- Maintain accurate documentation of children’s learning and development
- Work collaboratively with the Centre Director and management team to uphold the centre’s philosophy and goals

**About You**
- Early Childhood Teaching Qualification (or working towards qualification at any stage)
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and current best practices in early education
- A natural leader with strong communication and teamwork skills
- Current Working with Children Check and up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
