**Salary**: $28 - $28.89 per hour

**The opportunity**:
We are currently recruiting for a Wellbeing (Lifestyle) Coordinator to join our Wellbeing

Team working at our Residency. The Wellbeing team offer person-centred care based

on individual preference and choice. We seek an enthusiastic and self-motivated

person passionate about working with the elderly to join our growing team.

**A Personal Carer is responsible for the following: **

Excellent customer service skills and a drive to work with the elderly and their

families

The ability to identify client and residents needs and goals that translate into

programs enhancing and growing the wellbeing of Barossa Village clients and

residents creating ‘More Good Days’

The skill to design and develop programs that enable the achievement of

individual and group goals. Focusing on the delivery of activities which

recognise the social, emotional and spiritual needs of each Resident or client.

The capability to undertake wellbeing assessments and the development and

evaluation of resident’s Wellbeing Care plans in consultation with the resident

and/or family and the clinical team.

The ability to continuously monitor and assess, evaluate and review the

effectiveness and efficiency of programs to ensure the achievement of client

goals and business sustainability.

**To be successful in this role, you will need: **

A relevant certificate i.e.: Certificate 4 in Leisure & Health.

To participate in our annual vaccination program and hold a current police

clearance.
