Client Enablement Manager

**Overview**
- The Client Enablement Manager (CEM) reports to the Client Program & Enablement Senior Manager and is a critical role within the AustralianSuper Client Partnership Team. The role is required to plan, manage and or facilitate the delivery of product solutions and projects initiated either by AustralianSuper; and or by Link, in partnership with the fund.
- The CEM is an important engagement point for all change management activities between the Client Partnership Team, internal Link delivery teams, and AustralianSuper. The role therefore requires strong relationship management and thought leadership skills, combined with an ability to work collaboratively a range of stakeholders to solve complex problems that deliver innovative and effective solutions and outcomes.**Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities**
- Strategic Focus
- Work with the General Manager (GM), Senior Client Partner (SCP) and Client Program & Enablement Senior Manager (CP&ESM) to identify, develop and convert the Client’s strategic objectives into products, solutions, and projects.
- Contribute to the design and development of high quality, integrated product and project solutions that meet both client expectations and Link Group requirements.
- Proactively identify and qualify product solution and project opportunities with the Client.
- Operational Management
- Support the Client Program & Enablement Senior Manager with the management of the Client delivery portfolio, including pipeline, estimations, dependencies, and related financial governance.
- Assist with project management oversight / assurance and issue resolution.
- Attend internal and external steering committees related to project delivery, where required.
- Ensure Client requirements are considered for all Client related changes and contractual obligations are met.
- Manage Client pipeline through portfolio reporting and active exploration of opportunities
- Present project solutions to clients and internally at an executive level.
- Validate financials and forecasts.
- Consult to the Project Delivery teams through Execution Phase to ensure project issues are brought to a successful resolution.
- Consult across multiple and complex work assignments.
- Serve as escalation point for clients to ensure high quality deliverables, solutions, and client management on projects.
- Present and walkthrough the proposed project solution with key project stakeholders involved with estimating and quoting.
- Team / Stakeholder Engagement
- Role model Link Values and foster a client first attitude in all interactions with external and internal stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with Link’s operational, project, technology, and product teams to deliver client solutions and outcomes.
- Attend and where appropriate present / facilitate relevant internal and external forums.
- Act as an advocate for the client by influencing to achieve client outcomes with internal stakeholders and drive accountability within all areas of the business to deliver the required results.
- Work closely with the client through the initiation, feasibility, and planning phases of a project to ensure positive client engagement and change management, and the project / solution is fit for purpose.
- Partner with the GM, Senior Client Partner and Fund Innovation and Enablement Senior Manager to manage client expectations and ensure sound project outcomes.
- Work closely with Product Manager(s) to identify and scope new product opportunities
- Work closely with IT Solution Consultants & Architects to ensure cohesive solution design.
- Governance & Risk
- Foster a proactive risk and compliance culture within the team and ensure all risk and compliance reporting and assurance obligations are met.
- Actively participate in the issue/risk management process by identification and prioritisation of issues/risk, developing strategies and controls, and escalating to governance bodies when appropriate.
- Ensure Client Awareness of Link’s Project methodology to ensure effective project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with APRA, ASIC regulations and SIS
- Maintain up to date knowledge of superannuation legislation and trends
Commercial / Revenue- Contribute to growing revenue through contractual revenue streams and new product and service opportunities.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of a comprehensive sales / opportunity pipeline.

- Minimum 5 years’ project methodology experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the wealth management or superannuation industry
- Strong experience engaging clients in a project capacity
