**About the Role**

Are you looking to kick-start your career in Buying? We are currently seeking a Supply Coordinator to join our Jacqui E team

Reporting into the Merchandise Manager, this role will coordinate all aspects of production, including initial concept and development of product, ensuring effective communication with suppliers and administration of purchase orders.

**Responsibilities**
- Creating and maintaining product lines and stock orders
- Monitoring daily delivery schedules
- Providing a key link between the production department and supply chain
- Supporting the Product team with range and garment story boards
- Liasing daily with our offshore suppliers and factories
- Managing the production schedule and associated administration
- Advising on Quality Control issues, problem solving and processing returns
- Monitoring and tracking key delivery schedules

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience as a Production Assistant/Supply Coordinator role or in an administrative capacity within a buying team is preferable
- Great attention to detail and works well under pressure
- Ability to build great relationships with the external suppliers and senior stakeholders
- Thrive in a fast paced environment
