**About the role**

Reporting to the Customer Supply Chain & DTC Operations Manager, this role is responsible for managing the seamless flow of finished goods from TWE storage facilities to customers. This includes overseeing inventory, managing online portals, coordinating order profiles, ensuring timely delivery to meet market and customer demands, and assisting the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) function.
- Oversee the movement of finished wine products from TWE storage facilities to distribution centres, retail partners, and end customers.
- Act as the central point of coordination between inventory, warehousing, logistics, sales, and customer service
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels of finished goods across the customer supply chain to support availability.
- Liaise with customer stock controllers to optimize product availability
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align stock availability with market demand and promotional campaigns
- Work closely with supply teams to align finished goods availability with forecasts and sales demands

**About you**

With a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field your will have experience in finished goods or inventory management, preferably in the FMCG or wine industry.
