Market-leading product with a smart, fun & supportive team - Make the move from Property to Software & catapult your career - $75k - $80k base + super + comms (OTE = >$100k) **Looking to join a fun, results driven culture in a high growth Tech company?** - Rapidly growing and very fun Kiwi PropTech Company with established partnerships - Brisbane based (WFH / WFO hybrid) + national travel opportunities - Catapult your career in Property by being an early employee with a hugely recognized SaaS company One of the most exciting Tech companies to come out of NZ is quickly expanding throughout Australia and are looking for a **Customer Training Manager** to drive further growth This is a super exciting role sitting in their highly supportive Customer Success Team, responsible for the onboarding and training of their wonderful (property manager) customers **What your days will look like >** You will be responsible for designing, implementing and improving our onboarding programs, creating training materials, and providing hands-on guidance to ensure our customers are set up for success with our products. - Conduct virtual and on-site training sessions for individual customers or groups. - Design, upkeep and implement effective onboarding programs for new property management customers - Develop and maintain training materials, including user guides, video tutorials and interactive content. - Foster strong relationships & gather feedback from customers onboarding process. - Provide regular reports and insights to management on the success of onboarding initiatives. **What you'll bring to the team >** - Worked within the** Property and/or Property Management** industry with strong relatability and empathy for property managers. - Engaging and a great storyteller and presenter. - Empathetic, resilient and a positive attitude with a desire to help our customers. - Familiarity with property management industry practices and software solutions. - Highly organised individual. Can manage multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
