**Key duties**:

- Researching on market trends and quantifying opportunities and analysing data as well as creating report on key metrics that could help monitor marketing campaign efficiency, including social media analytics and key industry audience’s patterns and preferences.
- Interpreting market data and advising executives and clients on problem analysis and recommending solutions through marketing roadmap/strategies to increase visibility, education, and awareness to key industry audiences.
- Planning, developing, and organising marketing strategies and campaigns to support the executives and client’s growth initiatives.
- Coordinating production of marketing collaterals, such as artwork, copywriting, and media scripting.
- Supporting business growth and development by working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to roll out tactical marketing campaigns, including the planning for and preparation of promotional packs to support marketing activities and provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs.

**Required skills**:

- 2+ years of experience in the marketing role.
- Bachelor or graduate qualification in Integrated Marketing Communications or a closely related discipline.
- Experience in working within a fast paced, results-focused Marketing & Communications team.
- Demonstrated track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- High level of attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines at any one time.
- Computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft suites.

**Desired Skills**
- SEO knowledge.
- Graphic design skill.
- Experience working with Queensland-based small businesses to help onboard them to the digital platform and thrive.
- Experience working with media outlets - developing relationships, pitching stories, responding to enquiries, and briefing clients, media, and other key stakeholders.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
