**The purpose of this role**:
Assist Cubiko to provide the most beautiful and easy-to-use analytics software to our users. Use your skills in data to deliver insights our users can translate into better healthcare outcomes for their patients and improve their practice management processes.
**Responsibilities**:
As a Data Analyst at Cubiko, your core responsibility would be
- Research, investigate and understand data extracted from various source systems integrated into Cubiko
- Transform and calculate with data to form a coherent data model
- Visualise and communicate the data to our customers
Cubiko is both the company and the product we’re proud to build. Helping to build this product will naturally include elements of bug fixing, documentation, optimisation and sourcing customer feedback.
While the core responsibility of the role is the analysis and presentation of data, the opportunity is there and you may be asked to perform various tasks across the entire breadth of the organisation.
**Technology**:
Cubiko is seeking intelligent and inquisitive people with an interest in data and a relevant degree in a numerical discipline. We’re happy to provide the space to learn the specific tools we use and we don’t expect anyone to have used the exact set of technologies we do. That said, any prior experience with the technologies we use is good. In decreasing order of specificity:
- DBT, Cube, any SQL, any BI tool
- Clojure, any lisp, any functional programming language, python, any programming experience
- Snowflake, Postgres, any RDBMS
- Github, git
- Operate as part of a cross-functional squad, working with your team to build great solutions through best in class techniques.
- Data modelling and ETL.
- Integrating data from many sources into our data platform.
- Building data visualisations that make our users’ experience informative, valuable and meaningful.
- Working closely with medical practices to onboard them on to the Cubiko product.
- Managing and resolving product bugs and fixes.
- Collating, understanding and implementing customer feedback, which is aligned to the Cubiko product roadmap.
**What we do**:
Cubiko displays data in easy-to-understand dashboards, providing General Practice with a visual representation of their practice data alongside selected metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Combined sets of data reported over time and against budgets helps them understand whether the key parts of their business are performing as they need to be
