We are seeking an experienced and passionate Front of House Manager to join our Italian restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service, and a genuine love for Italian dining.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations
- Lead, train, and motivate the service team
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest experience
- Manage reservations and floor planning effectively
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations
- Handle customer feedback professionally
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a similar role (preferably in Italian dining or fine dining)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
- Knowledge of Italian food and wine is highly desirable
