**Key Responsibilities**

Your responsibilities will also include:

- Working with Capability Leads and Senior Leadership to track and report on current resourcing performance
- Supporting programs with identifying upcoming resource needs in alignment to business needs
- Ensuring resourcing activities are fair, equitable and compliant
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, ensuring visibility of resourcing activity and enhancing opportunity for collaboration across teams such as Learning & Development, People & Culture, Capability Development, Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition
- Providing a strategic approach to identifying and attracting key talent in a challenging market
- Lead campaigns aimed at attracting local and international talent
- Provide strategic recruitment advice and guidance to business units, ensuring alignment with ASC's policies and procedures

**About you**
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, or similar (desirable)
- A minimum of 6 years’ experience within a recruitment function. You may have experience working in a recruitment agency working across a wide range of technical areas with complex compliance processes or internal recruitment from a similar environment
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment or talent acquisition functions at the Business Partnering or Lead level
- Experience in a similar role with specific experience in leading recruitment partnering solutions within a complex program
- Ability to grow and maintain strong and trusted stakeholder relationships
- Effective project management skills with well-developed time management skills to plan workload, manage priorities and meet deadlines
- A proactive self-starter with the ability to work under pressure, managing conflicting priorities
- Naturally inquisitive and confident in questioning around areas of uncertainty
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

**Eligibility**

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
