Join our team and make a meaningful difference in the life of a physically disabled young woman. We're looking for a compassionate and experienced support worker to help provide 24-hour care to our client who suffers from chronic pain and lack of mobility in her Randwick home.

**As a support worker, your duties will include**:

- Assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing and continence management
- Monitoring and administering medications
- Maintaining household hygiene and food safety through cleaning, laundry, and cooking

**To be successful in this role, you'll need to have**:

- Experience in assisting with personal hygiene
- Mid-level administrative skills and familiarity with MS Office
- Attention to detail, particularly in maintaining household hygiene and food safety
- A current police check and NDIS screen (or be willing to obtain them)
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination, including booster (3 doses)

**Benefits of Joining Our Team**
- We offer wages of ＄38-＄50 per hour, higher than the industry standard of $27/hr
- Located just 6km from the CBD and minutes' walk away from the beach
- On-the-job training and ongoing guidance to be provided by a service coordinator

**Hours of Work**
- Hours are flexible, with 7-8 hour shifts available during either:_
- 7am - 2pm
- 2pm - 9pm
- 9pm - 7am

Full-time availability is highly desirable but not required.

**Salary**: $38.00 - $76.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Every weekend
- Morning shift
