**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Consultant, the Marketing Coordinator plays an integral role assisting with the development, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

The Mobility Marketing team at RACV is an exciting and innovative space focused on driving growth of two key products: The arevo journey planning mobile app and RACV Bike Assist. The team works nimbly focusing on acquisition of new users/members, retention and enhancing the user/member experience.

Key responsibilities of the role:

- Assist the development of marketing communications and go-to-market plans by producing and managing campaign production timelines as well as stakeholder approval processes
- Coordinate the briefing of new creative collateral with our internal and external design, video, or media partners
- Track and project manage campaign progress, gathering and analysing performance to generate insight which can assist with ongoing optimisation and refinement
- Report internally on ongoing ‘business-as-usual’ marketing activities including paid media (SEM, Paid Social and Display)

**What you’ll need to be successful**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (commerce, design, or information technology)
- Understanding and appreciation of modern marketing and creative best practices
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Agency experience highly regarded but not essential
