**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Head of Cluster Agency Transformation, the role is responsible for actively managing, coordinating, and contributing to transformation in Customer Care & Intermodal Logistics Services (ILS) domains.

**Key responsibilities of the role will include**:
Participate in transformation project implementation, communication and change management with key stakeholders in HO and Agency network

Implement transformation requirements in line with CMA CGM Group strategies

Deliver new processes and systems to the business

Facilitate change management in the Oceania Customer Care + ILS domain

Liaise with external organisations as required to deliver transformation projects within the Group

Work in conjunction with Regional and HO NMCS managers, Quality Process Managers and Regional Business Process Managers

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
Relevant Bachelors/Masters degree in Change Management, Transformation and Projects, International Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics or similar relevant field

Minimum 8 years in Transformation and change management role and/or Project management and coordination preferably in the shipping or logistics industry

Previous experience in project management with successful track record in areas of Business Process Management, Transformation,

Demonstrated skills in managing people & projects to achieve results

Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated excellence in engage in transformational change, innovation initiatives and process improvements.

The ability to influence, negotiate and work on complex issues

Qualification in project management (Lean Six Sigma) is a plus
