**In this role you will**:

- Lead the installation of rigid, flexible, and retractable contact systems for the 25kV traction power system.
- Coordinate handover between civil works and OCS installation, ensuring technical compliance.
- Drive project delivery to meet performance, timeline, and budget targets.
- Implement safety controls and risk mitigation strategies for high-risk activities.
- Supervise and mentor installation teams, fostering a culture of safety and quality.

**To be successful in this role, you will bring**:

- Minimum 10 years’ experience in rail infrastructure construction and OCS installation.
- Strong technical expertise in traction power systems and multiple OCS types.
- Proven leadership in managing installation teams and delivering complex projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Relevant engineering qualifications and current rail industry certifications.
