Winlux is a leading supplier of aluminium windows and doors systems. We manufacture AWS’ Vantage and Elevate range and have been supplying and installing windows and doors for over 20 years. All our products are manufactured locally in our Smithfield factory.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Full-time employment
- Safe operation of hand/power tools
- Manual handling of aluminium frames and glass (must be able to lift 20+ kgs)
- Inspect product for quality and performance
- Support preparation of windows and doors for delivery and installation
- Ensure customer satisfaction

**Skills and qualities we are looking for**:

- Minimum 2+ years experience installing aluminium window and door systems
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- White Card (Construction Induction Safety Card)
- Reliable team player with good time management skills
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Commitment to safe work practices

**Salary**: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Smithfield, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
