**Our Planner is a key position within our Glazing team where you would be responsible for maximising the conversion of opportunities for glazing jobs to major centres and surrounding areas.**
**Our Glazing Branch operates from 7.30am - 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.**
**About the role**:
- Coordinate glazing resources (O’Brien Glass trades and subcontractors) in a timely and profitable manner.
- Planning, and scheduling of daily work.
- Liaise with other teams within the Kewdale and national operations.
- Coordinate jobs from end to end.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Direct liaison and communication with customers in answering queries and planning jobs.
- Stock and product ordering, simple quote generation and general admin abilities.
- Covering for other planning roles when required (planned and unplanned leave).
**About you**:
- Ability to manage stakeholders.
- Computer ability and confidence.
- Adaptability to ongoing changing work priorities.
- Open to developing other skills and learning other parts of the business.
- Team member (humble, hungry and people smart)
- Simpro or other trade planning software experience an advantage.
- Glass and or trades scheduling / planning experience an advantage.
