Due to continued growth, Linkforce now has the opportunity for an **Equipment Planner **to join our Maintenance Department.

Based at our Kewdale division and working 8 days on and 6 days off (8:6 roster), this full-time position is offered on a permanent basis.

**What the role involves**:

- Developing, maintaining and communicating work plans
- Review, create and implement PM schedules and task lists
- Plan work, accurately identifying the required components and resources prior to scheduling
- Monitoring parts availability to ensure all materials are delivered on time
- Maintaining communication with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to develop effective working relationships
- Provide technical and systems support to develop the team
- Identify opportunities for standardisation across the depots
- Reporting on key data and monitoring variances
- Improving Pronto Master Data to embed standard work packages into task lists

**What is required**:

- Experience within the mining sector is highly desirable
- Pronto or a similar ERP experience
- Work management and light vehicle knowledge
- Advanced organisational and communication skills with the ability to pay attention to details whilst working in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- A National Police Check
- Australian work rights
- A pre-employment medical
