Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art butcher equipment, ensuring efficiency and precision in processing. We can handle up to 52,000 cattle and over 5,000 horses or similar-sized livestock annually. Our modern setup includes large stock dressing floors, offal rooms, carcass chillers, fully equipped boning and packing rooms, carton plate freezers, freezer storage, and load-out facilities.

**About the role**:
We are seeking an experienced **Supply and Distribution Manager** to join and lead our team. This role is critical in overseeing our organisation's supply chain operations, ensuring seamless purchasing, storage, and distribution processes while aligning with our strategic objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement distribution strategies, create and oversee purchasing and storage policies to optimize operations and reduce costs.

**Inventory Management**: Prepare and execute plans to maintain optimal stock levels at mínimal costs, ensuring continuity of supply.

**Supplier Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts with suppliers to meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements while building strong supplier relationships.

**Export Strategies：**Create and oversee distribution and export policies to optimize operations and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.

**System Tracking**:Operate and maintain recording systems to track all movements of supplies and finished goods, ensuring timely re-ordering and re-stocking.

**Stakeholder Engagement**: Engage in consultations with senior staff, reviewing recommendations and reports, and maintaining effective communication between different stakeholder.

**Skills and Experiences**
- **Proven Experience**: Proven track record in in managing supply chain operations, including purchasing, inventory, and logistics, to achieve organizational goals.
- **Industry Expertise**: Deep understanding of the food processing and trade industry, experience as Supply and Distribution Manager with more than 5 years are required.

**- Trading Experience**: Strong background in international trade, with experience in managing export/import operations and navigating global markets.
- **Relevant Knowledge**: Expertise ininventory and logistics Systems, and has familiarity with storage, inventory control systems, and transportation logistics, with large-scale facilities to enhance efficiency.
- **Communication and Negotiation Skills**: Proficiency in English and Multilingual skills, to maintain relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.
