**What role would you play on our team?**

Reporting to the Head of CX Insights & Automation, you’ll join a recently formed team playing a key role in helping us bring to life the Customer Experience strategy and insights to the business.

As a Reporting and Insights Analyst you will need a strong business analysis background, and experience creating short and compelling reports for the business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare real-time, weekly and monthly performance reports, along with ad hoc reports
- Manage the preparation of monthly and quarterly executive and board reports for customer initiatives
- Ad-hoc complaint and contact reporting in response to business requests and business case development
- Complete deep-dive investigations into data sourced from across the business (including Saleforce) and external data to inform business cases & reports that support customer initiatives
- Create business cases to help prioritise business initiatives from CX team
- Assist with project artefacts, reporting, and present recommendations to support effective decision making

**Skills and experience**
- 2+ years as a Marketing/Customer Analyst, Research Analyst, Strategy Manager, Brand & Product Manager
- Qualifications in Business, Research, Economics, Econometrics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics and / or Financial Analysis.
- Solid experience in reporting and data analysis (preferred skills in Salesforce reporting)
- Demonstrated networking and stakeholder engagement skills
- Knowledge of NPS and customer research methodologies and an understand of Human Centred Design
- Ability to create engaging story telling reports for C-Suite audiences
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
