Customer Data Management Specialist

The Customer Data Management Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of customer data, driving business outcomes through high-quality onboarding and data management processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing quality control to ensure database integrity across Salesforce, Visual Rams Pro, and JD Edwards systems.
  • Maintaining accurate data records and executing end-to-end processes in compliance with company policies and finance timelines.
  • Collaborating with administration managers and supervisors to drive change through technology solutions and meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Ensuring customer data accurately reflects customer needs and requirements.
  • Developing positive working relationships with support functions to meet and exceed customer needs.
  • Setting up and activating new customer accounts with high detail and accuracy.
  • Assisting in training customer service and sales teams for data template understanding and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data management skills in an ERP environment.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship-building abilities and intermediate MS Office skills.
  • Salesforce/CRM experience or knowledge is preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of VRP &/or JDE is beneficial.
  • Strong organisational, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.
