**Intro Paragraph**:
As the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial and financial performance across our portfolio of renewable energy projects and play an integral role in the expansion of our presence in Australia. You will work closely with the development team to assess project feasibility, structure deals, negotiate contracts and support the project delivery team in achieving financial targets.

**Your Job**:

- Lead and manage the commercial requirements for the project closing/sale processes, including clear and robust project management of all project streams/deliverables
- Working with the Development team, assess project feasibility, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies
- Gradually become an expert on key project documents (PPA, Share Sale Agreements, Syndicated Facility Agreements)
- Contribute to the development and implementation of corporate strategy
- Develop business case including detailed financial analysis to progress new opportunities and ensure appropriate commercial frameworks are in place
- Manage contract negotiation, execution, and monitoring across multiple projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, customers, and government agencies
- Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for growth

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, law, finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in commercial management, business development, or related field
- Experience in the renewable energy industry
- Financial modeling, market, and risk analysis skills, and experience
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
