**Your opportunity**

Westfield Direct is our new marketplace that launched in September 2021. Our customers can shop the best of Westfield, wherever they are - either pick up at their local centre or delivery to their home. The Fulfilment Operations Coordinator will complete a wide range of activities that support the day-to-day operations of Westfield Direct.

Specifically, this role focusses on operational activities that are centralised and typically works closely with orders and returns on Westfield Direct which require liaising with our sellers to resolve, working closely with internal teams, sellers, carriers and customers. Join an energetic team with ambitious goals to create an exceptional experience for both consumers and retailers alike. The team is relatively new and has seen rapid growth within the last ten months. This role will give you the experience and exposure to build your personal brand and career within the business.

**Core responsibilities include**:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Fulfilment, the Fulfilment Operations Coordinator will be required to:

- Follow up Westfield Direct orders that are late to ship from sellers or are late to arrive from the seller
- Investigate and resolve operational support issues that have been raised by customers or sellers
- New product approvals on Westfield Direct
- Assist with reporting / identifying sellers that are not meeting their key performance indicators and working with other teams to resolve.
- Update customers on the status of orders that are not going to meet expected delivery times.
- Operational administration activities that support the ongoing running of Westfield Direct.
