As an Employment Relations (ER) Adviser, you will play a vital role in supporting our diverse client base. Providing hands-on workplace relations advice on a range of ER matters whilst guiding our customers through a range of issues.
This role will provide you with a solid foundation to progress your career. You will have exposure to all facets of ER ranging from Modern Award enquiries, National Employment Standards, employee grievances, disciplinary actions and redundancy restructures. There is never a dull moment which also makes your day go quickly as you can really see your guidance to employers in a real time manner.
You will be someone who is driven by the desire to help others - with a robust training program, we know that your working experience and knowledge is the strong foundation for success to built upon. You may have started your career working in a small business where you have had exposure to all facets of how the business ran, it could be a family business or even your local café or hotel - or perhaps you have been around people and business and are interested in really being able to support them in navigating the waters of human capital and resource management. You will need to have a strong interest in HR with demonstrable knowledge of the basics of employment relations, it would be ideal if you have a Diploma / Degree within Business, HR, Law.
The HR industry moves quickly, so you will be an adaptable individual who is a team player and that thrives in a past paced environment. You will have exceptional communication skills and an exceptional phone manner. You will be adept at multi tasking and the ability to work with dual screens.
