**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of supported accommodation services across multiple sites. You will play a pivotal leadership role, ensuring that our services run smoothly, meet compliance standards, and place participant needs at the centre of planning and delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support multi-site accommodation services, ensuring consistent, high-quality, person-centred care.
- Partner with Service Coordinator to ensure adequate staffing, resources, and operational support.
- Act as the central point of accountability, providing oversight during staff absences or disruptions.
- Identify operational gaps or risks and implement practical solutions.
- Foster positive relationships with participants, families, support networks, and external providers.
- Lead and mentor Senior and Support Workers, conducting supervision, probation reviews, and performance appraisals.
- Support staff onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development.
- Oversee compliance with the NDIS Code of Conduct, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation, reporting, and monitoring across all sites.
- Actively support service marketing, stakeholder engagement, and referral growth.

**About You**:

- Outstanding communication and relationship management abilities.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment with on-call responsibilities.
