**About the Position**

As a café all-rounder, you'll need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable multitasking to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service. You must be able to serve all customers in a timely/efficient manner whilst handling all transactions with our POS system. You must also be able to maintain a clean workspace in accordance with hygiene standards, whilst assisting with all front of house and back of house procedures.

You will also be responsible for a variety of tasks:

- Serve all customers in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.
- Handle all payments according to procedure and guidelines.
- Keep all work areas (interior and exterior) clean and tidy at all times, and maintain clean equipment in accordance with company procedures.
- Basic food preparation and coffee making.
- **Please note that our café operates from 6am so you must be available to start early mornings to be considered for this position**
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a café.
- Experience with making coffee is preferred
- Passion for serving customers in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
- Knowledge of busy food outlet operations with a focus on sales and service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work great in a team environment
